Peter Bliss has always wanted to know the answers to the big questions, “Why and what are we here for?” It is a question where the answers continue to unfold as Peter evolves further in his life purpose of teaching. Peter is a dynamic life change facilitator who helps individuals and businesses gain focus, clarity and direction through mindfulness workshops, business and life coaching.

An advocate for suicide prevention, Peter speaks locally and internationally about mental health and wellbeing. Along with being a keynote speaker, Peter teaches mindfulness meditation, Tai chi and Qigong. He has changed his own life through practising what he preaches.

For years, Peter worked hard and played hard. His career in the corporate world as an executive and managing director, whilst exciting, created layers of stress. The pressures of family, mortgage and work, as well as a couple of near-death experiences forced him to re-evaluate his way of life.

Peter is acutely aware of the many ways that stress can affect our lives and he loves to guide this awareness through the experience of travel. Good humoured, calm and grounded, he generously supports our journeyers by teaching a range of mindfulness and meditation techniques that help them to navigate change and everyday stress.
