Soothe your soul and uplift your spirit on this 3 night retreat in the beautiful Chittering Valley, less than one hour from the city of Perth.
Led by Sarah Ashe, the owner of Featherstone Physio Pilates Studio who created these retreats to offer space to slow down, step away from daily demands & reconnect with yourself. Through Pilates, mindful movement, breathwork, nature, nourishing food and meaningful connection, you will have the opportunity to restore balance and recharge.
This retreat is best described from Susan, who attended Sarah's inaugural 2025 retreat~~
"From the moment I arrived, it felt as though I had stepped into a gentler, slower-paced world. The rustic lodge and its beautiful gardens evoked a simpler time, where there was space to breathe, rest, and simply be. Looking down the valley towards the Avon River, watching the morning mists drift across the landscape and the clouds roll softly over the forested hills,I felt an immediate sense of calm. Native wildflowers were in bloom, birdsong filled the air, and the entire setting seemed to invite peace and stillness.
Sarah guided each yoga, Pilates, breathwork and sound healing session with grace, warmth and genuine kindness. Everything she offered came from a place of deep care and authenticity, creating an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome, supported and nurtured.
The meals were nourishing, abundant and absolutely delicious. A thoughtful blend of vegetarian and vegan cuisine, each meal was prepared with great care and flavour. As someone who is neither vegan nor easily impressed by food, I can genuinely say that every meal was a delight.
The accommodation was wonderfully comfortable, with crisp sheets, cosy rooms and gloriously hot showers. There was also complete freedom to attend as much or as little as you wished. Whether joining every session or simply finding a quiet corner to read, reflect or rest, there was never any pressure—only gentle encouragement to honour what you needed.
One of the unexpected gifts of the weekend was meeting a group of truly beautiful people, some of whom I am still fortunate enough to see from time to time.
When bookings opened for this year's retreat, I didn't hesitate to reserve my place.
If you feel called to gift yourself a weekend of deep rest, self-nurturing and connection—surrounded by the beauty of the forest, wildflowers, birdsong and like-minded souls—I wholeheartedly encourage you to join this truly special experience"
